Layla Weidenfeller
Audio Engineering, Sound Design, and Tomfoolery
My name is Layla Weidenfeller! (she/her)
I am a Bachelor's Degree graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas ATEC program, with a focus on audio engineering and sound design. I currently work in the UT Dallas ATEC building as the first audio technician hired to operate and manage the multi-million-dollar recording studio. I have 3+ years experience as a lead engineer and assistant with vocal recording, instrument recording, audio editing, foley, sound for video games, and more.

I love audio. Whether it's sound effects, vocals, instruments, editing, recording, or just listening to music, I love getting my hands on a project and experimenting with it! I love video games, books, animation, and anything with a good story. Get in touch with me, and maybe I can help you tell yours!
